When an event is displayed in the event review dialog two additional icons may appear. The event download icon () which downloads the event data and the contact download icon () which downloads the contact information attached to the event if present. The contact download icon will not appear if there is no contact information in the event.

The user's local computer must be configured to accept downloaded events otherwise this feature will not work. Most computers running MS Outlook will probably be correctly configured.

Using event display strings you may display these icons in the regular calendar views. In either case, when a user clicks on one of these icons the program downloads the item to the user's local computer.
