You may hide a calendar under the calendar manager by clicking on the hide calendar icon (). Unhide the calendar by clicking on the show calendar icon ().

Unlike regular calendars hidden calendars do not appear in the calendar dropdown. Because the calendar is not included in the calendar dropdown it is for all intents and purposes hidden from end users. Hidden calendars are not hidden from admin or super users therefore they appear in the calendar dropdown to these users.

Using a browser favorite

You also may click on the browser favorite icon () from the hidden calendar's icon bar to create a browser shortcut. After creating this shortcut editing its properties will also provide the url needed to directly access a hidden calendar.
