The calendar manager displays a series of lists depending on the state of the calendars. These lists are the active calendar list, the hidden calendar list, the archived calendar list and the deleted calendar list. Each calendar is presented with a series of icons (again depending on the calendar's state).

At any given time there is a current calendar denoted by the item in bold text. If there is more than one calendar the merge icon appears after the name of the currently selected calendar. The lock icon () appears as well and will open the calendar lock dialog.
