Event customization files

The event customization file is similar to the calendar configuration file in the sense that its data is stored as a Windows .ini file would be stored. Like the calendar configuration a large part of the configuration can be made through the browser interface. The browser interface is presented under the four page customize events database dialog.

Do not hand edit this file except for the few items presented on this help page. Use the browser interface for all other items as significant error checking is done on that dialog. In this help file we detail the few items that are not able to be edited through the browser interface.

Other configuration data detailed elsewhere

There are some other bits of data stored in the eventedit.dat file which are detailed further in separate help files. These data are:

• customize event durations


• front end mode
