The contact list manager provides access to contact list related functions and other information.

The screen may appear differently to different types of users. Edit users will see only the first four items. Trusted edit and higher users will see all items.

Note that each of these features processes only contacts for which the user has permission. For example, the compact deleted contacts screen only allows edit users to delete their own contacts, not anyone else's, additionally export will not export contacts that are private to other users.
