Software License

Non-Registered Users

Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use Calendars for the Web on a 30-day trial basis.

Continued use of Calendars for the Web after the initial trial period requires registration. The use of unlicensed copies of Calendars for the Web outside of the initial 30-day trial by any person, business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited.

Registered Users

A single user license permits the use of Calendars for the Web on a single computer behind a single domain name or IP address. Multiple user licenses will be subject to the terms and conditions granted in such license. You may make a single copy of this software for backup purposes only.

You may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or patch the Calendars for the Web executable files, license codes or documentation in any way.

Redistribution

Except as described in item 3 below, you may not redistribute this product in any form without the prior written consent of Great Hill Corporation.

1) REGISTERED COPIES OF CALENDARS FOR THE WEB OR REGISTRATION INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO CALENDARS FOR THE WEB MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE REDISTRIBUTED.

2) Calendars for the Web may not be distributed in conjunction with any other product without the express permission of Great Hill Corporation.

3) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (including web page hosts) may make Calendars for the Web (demo version only) available for downloading only as long as the above conditions are met. You may not charge for downloading Calendars for the Web.

Limited Warranty

Great Hill Corporation warrants that all disks provided are free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

Great Hill Corporation warrants that the program will perform in substantial compliance with the documentation supplied with the software product. If a significant defect in the product is found, the Purchaser may return the product for a refund, if any. In no event will such a refund exceed the purchase price of the product.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, GREAT HILL CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL GREAT HILL CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF GREAT HILL CORPORATION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Use of this product for any period of time constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its contents.
